Features:ZSTD serial Paper-Plastic Printing & Tubing & Bag Making Machine is for making central-sealed tubes for chemical bags, cement bags, or foodstuffs bags. This machine uses coated woven cloth or paper-plastic laminated compound web as substrate, processing the substrate in unwinding, multi-color printing, paper unwinding, gluing, needle hole punching, tubing & gusseting, mid-sealing, cutting, and stacking. The bag can be mid-sealing & gusset bag, no gusset bag, flat open bag, valve mouth bag (option:economic cutting).
The machine adopts several advanced design and reasonable new structure from oversea. The multi-color printing structure is central impression, can meet printing requirement of high accuracy and superimposition. The machine is equipped with advanced electric system and mechanical device, integratedly controlled by PLC (programmable logical controller), display and setting the parameters in touch screen HMI, for high automation of whole technology flow.
With strong frame, power control and easy operation, the machine can make strong bags with good outlook. It is ideal machine for bag making in chemical, cement and foodstuffs industry.
