Product Features: Features:Plastic Extruding and Film Laminating Unit SJ-FM series includes six ( 6 ) units for integral operation. The unit laminates extruded PE, PP with plastic cloth, non-woven cloth, paper, foil and BOPP film to improve the tensile strength, airtight and damp-proof of packing material, which has be widely used in concrete, chemical, etc. as packing material.The dual working position first base material unwinding machine adopts air-liquid auto deviation correction device and auto ( half-auto ) cloth connecting device. The turnabout device can laminate the cylinder cloth on two sides in one process. It is equipped with deviation correction adjustable edge cutting and edge blowing device. Dual working position surface friction winding machine is equipped with electrical horizontal cutting. All rollers' on/off is controlled pneumatically. The extruding and towing adopts stepless speed adjusting with frequency conversion auto length counter, temperature control with PID.The unit is a high efficiency and quality's product, which has the advantage of easy operation, and uniform for film laminating, even rewinding, and high peel resistance.
